  1. Where does LIPS CARPENTER ship to?

LIPS CARPENTER currently ships to Singapore and Malaysia. If your country is not listed but you are interested in ordering, please contact us. We will get back to you with a shipping quote.

  1. How much is the shipping cost?

For delivery address within Peninsular Malaysia, shipping is FREE with purchase above RM100 or else, the flat rate shipping fee is RM7. For delivery address within East Malaysia, shipping is FREE with purchase above RM200 or else, the flat rate shipping fee is RM10. For delivery address within Singapore, shipping is FREE with purchase above RM350 or else, the flat rate shipping fee is RM25. We ship via Pos Laju within Malaysia and SingPost to Singapore. Our products are shipped out from Kuala Lumpur and it typically delivers in:

  • 1 to 3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia
  • 3-5 working days for East Malaysia
  • 4-6 working days for Singapore

  1. When will my order be shipped?

Most products are made-to-order, and we love keeping products fresh. That’s why it takes up to 4 business days to process and ship your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way. But if in any case you urgently need to make your loved ones happy with a personalised gift, Whatsapp us and we will see if the order can be expedited.   1. Why is the tracking number not showing up on the system?

Pos Laju or SingPost usually takes 1-2 business days to register and reflect the tracking status. So don’t worry if you don’t see the status on the first day. But if you have any difficulty tracking down the parcel and start to worry, please contact us.
